Job description

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst 

Location: Virtual

We are seeking highly skilled Salesforce Business Analysts to join our dynamic TALENT BENCH. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, define system requirements, and ensure successful Salesforce CRM solutions that align with the customer’s goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in requirements and business analysis to design scalable solutions ensuring optimal use of no code & low code solutions. 



Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into functional specifications. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce best practices and configure the system to meet business requirements. 
  • Perform detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement within Salesforce. 
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases. 
  • Configure and manage Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, and reports. 
  • Continuously monitor system performance and manage burndown of issues 
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues or enhancements as needed. 


Required Qualifications:
 

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related technologies. 
  • Certified Advanced Administrator & Sales Cloud Consultant certifications required within 12 months of hire 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

 

Skills & Expertise: 

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certification 
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, implementation, and optimization. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, modules, and features. 
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across departments. 
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as JIRA. 
  • Strong experience in creating detailed reports, dashboards and data analysis within Salesforce. 


Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Knowledge of integration tools and techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., MuleSoft, Data Loader). 
  •  Knowledge of Experience Cloud & Agentforce
