Job Description:

We have an exciting new opportunity at DTN! Come and join us as we continue to grow, innovate and provide valuable solutions for our customers, and become our Senior Product Manager - Market Intelligence Applications.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our product strategy through its next phase of profitable growth in market intelligence platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders, to build and enhance products that solve complex customer challenges. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate effectively to drive product success.

What you will be responsible for:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Lead the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

  • Assist in prioritizing features based on market research, customer feedback, and business impact.

Customer Insights & Market Research

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights to help shape product decisions and identify new opportunities

Product Execution 

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to define product requirements, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.

  • Prioritizing development effort to meet product objectives.

  • Provide management oversight and advocate for product support.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate product updates, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and leadership.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth product launches and adoption.

  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.

Metrics & Performance

  • Monitor key product performance metrics, gather data-driven insights, and contribute to continuous product improvements.

About you:

  • Experienced in SaaS product management. Prior experience working with SaaS products or technology-driven solutions is a plus.

  • Strong interest in understanding customer needs and translating them into product enhancements. Ability to collect and interpret customer feedback effectively.

  • Experienced with working together with engineering teams, understanding technical concepts, and contributing to solution development.

  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working across different teams to achieve product goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies.

  • Exposure to product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard)

  • Experience/familiarity with trading market intelligence tools, with an understanding of how traders, analysts, and institutions leverage real-time and historical data for decision making.

  • Strong grasp of commodity, equity, and specialized markets, including key industry trends, data analytics, and trading workflows, to effectively shape product strategy meet user needs.

This role offers a targeted hiring base pay range between $108,750 and $145,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
