We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to build and grow relationships with key partners, drive co-marketing initiatives, and maximize brand visibility through partnerships. This role is responsible for executing highly visible partner marketing campaigns, supporting key stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes for Global Systems Integrators and Tech Alliances. 

In this role, you will manage joint promotions, drive attendance and pipeline, ensure event plans are executed flawlessly, and align internal and external stakeholders for mutual success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute integrated partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with partner and executive priorities. 

  • Oversee field event logistics, ensuring materials, shipments, and sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled for booth sponsorships and partner events. 

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners. 

  • Manage relationships with key partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and co-branded efforts. 

  • Lead and execute co-branded marketing campaigns in collaboration with key partners, driving awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth through activities such as webinars, email marketing, content creation, and events. 

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new opportunities for partner engagement. 

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies and improving ROI. 

  • Ensure brand consistency across all partner marketing efforts and collateral. 

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of joint marketing initiatives across different business units. 

  • Support contract negotiations and budget management related to partner marketing initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing in a B2B environment, preferably tech

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing within a partner ecosystem. 

  • Experience executing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with external partners. 

  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool

  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and optimize performance. 

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, sales, and product marketing to align marketing efforts with business goals. 

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua (we use Marketo)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and marketing spend effectively. 

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or software industries

  • Familiarity with CDWs, Databricks, Snowflake, GSIs, Tech Alliances, ISVs

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.

The base salary range for this role is between $126,000 - $165,000 factoring in locations such as New York, California, Texas, DC, North Carolina, and Florida. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. 

In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
