Responsibilities
- Create paid advertising strategies and ad copy aligning with hospitality/travel industry best practices and the needs of customers, including high-quality text, headlines, and descriptions
- Apply industry experience and understanding of hotels, resorts, and vacation rental property management customers’ needs to effectively understand the best solutions to recommend
- Virtually connect with customers to explain, educate, and/or troubleshoot paid advertising solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and innovations within paid advertising
- Formulate budget recommendations based on CPCs, CTRs, and industry knowledge
- Utilize Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions and suggestions of how ad performance can be optimized
Minimum Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Become a Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate within the first 90 days of employment
- Strong preference for previous experience working in the hospitality/travel industry

Compensation
The typical starting salary range for this position is: $45,000-50,000.
The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary reflects the base amount only and does not include total compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and benefits.
