Extensive knowledge in technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage external suppliers. This role requires a high level of planning, effective communication, and a focus on delivering top-tier results. The coordinator will ensure the optimal execution in timely manner and quality.

Responsibilities

Responsabilities:

Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.

Develop and apply customer satisfaction survey for main customers and implement action plan to improve quality of the service provided

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential risks

Personnel Management: Direct and supervise personnel under his/her charge, providing clear instructions, feedback, and guidance

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project files

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Arquitect, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Engineering bachelor).

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Time Management: Develope, maintain and track a detailed project schedule, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to ensure on-time project completion.

Negotiation: Negotiate timelines with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the best implementation and excution of the project.

Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures. Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.

Construction Expertise: deep understanding of construction processes, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, roofing, finishing, and other related aspects.

Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in electrical, sanitary, hydraulic engineering projects, alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and other specialized engineering fields.
