Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Analytics, the Data Analytics Lead Consultant is responsible for influencing business strategy and driving actionable insights through data and analytics. The work of the team is high-impact and highly visible across multiple areas of the business and HR. This role will manage relationships with HR Business Partners and HR centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation), providing insights, consultative guidance, analytic tools, and solutions to help shape the organizations they support.Key Responsibilities
Provide data and analytics expertise to support and collaborate across business units.
Influence strategy through data analytics and subject matter expertise.
Manage business stakeholder expectations and ad hoc requests by translating business questions into technical requirements, outlining delivery timelines, etc.
Proactively connect across the business to encourage real-time problem-solving and collaboration across the enterprise.
Compile, clean, organize, and analyze complex data sources to drive actionable insights.
Communicate and present complex project information to the team and provide presentations/updates to senior leadership.
Mentor and inspire individuals across the People Analytics team regarding technical data elements.
Provide technical knowledge (e.g., how to interpret and use data) across various domains (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, HR strategy).
Partner across the People Analytics team to enhance data fluency within the HR organization, empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge to leverage data effectively, advance self-service reporting adoption, and drive data/evidence-based decision-making.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in People Analytics.
Education
Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or Mathematics.
Experience
5 or more years of technical experience (preferred).

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
