This position is responsible for growing existing customers and developing new customer relationships in the flexographic market in US-North & Canada. This position actively works with local distribution partners and sales reps to identify and specify new opportunities at current and prospective customers by promoting and selling DuPont Cyrel solutions for profitable business growth.

 

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Executes effectively against a cohesive business plan
  • Team with reps based on territory, market segment, and coverage needs
  • Building strong working relationships with sales, customer success, channel peers, and channel marketing
  • Provides impeccable support for assigned teams and partners
  • Identify, and develop solutions to solve customer problems resulting in new business opportunities and profitable revenue growth which will be documented in Salesforce.
  • Consistently articulate Cyrel value proposition to prospective partners

 

Minimum Required Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience of 15+ years within Flexographic industry
  • Familiarity with CRM, Salesforce.com and forecasting systems
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be a strong team player
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and with customers and distributors.
  • Strong drive for results and a passion for developing new businesses with new customers.
  • Travel: This position requires 50% travel across primarily in US North and Canada
