Title: Observability Engineer (Dynatrace SaaS & Python)
Location: Remote -4x10s/Mon-Thurs
Job Type: Contract - 9 months
Pay: $70 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Observability Engineer to join a high-impact engagement team deploying monitoring tools for mission-critical applications. This role requires strong expertise in Dynatrace SaaS, Python scripting, and additional observability tools. The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient problem solver with excellent technical credibility, working to ensure seamless observability and performance monitoring across various applications.

Required Skills:

• Dynatrace SaaS experience - configuration, instrumentation, and troubleshooting (migration from Managed to SaaS is a plus).
• Python scripting proficiency - ability to develop scripts to enhance observability and integrate tracing solutions.
• Experience with observability tools such as DXNetOps, Splunk, or ExtraHop.
• Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical concepts and drive improvements collaboratively.
• US Citizenship (mandatory, no exceptions).
  

• AWS Lambda experience.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with mission-critical applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with large-scale SaaS deployments.
• Humble, team-oriented personality - thrives in collaborative environments.
