Responsibilities
At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a Product Marketing Manager for IVF Equipment. You will be an active contributor to the global product marketing team and be part of a dynamic group with close interaction and collaboration with stakeholders. One will report directly to the Senior manager of Global Marketing based in UK. This position is placed in the greater Copenhagen and is an on-site role.

Position
The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in executing global marketing strategies to drive demand generation, product adoption, and sales enablement for CooperSurgical’s Equipment portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing, this role will focus on the tactical execution of Equipment marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial enablement initiatives to support global revenue growth and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences marketing, with a strong background in campaign execution, product positioning, and sales enablement. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly collaborative marketer who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Equipment marketing content

Partner with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Product Management to ensure effective deployment of Equipment sales tools and messaging
Qualifications
MSc in relevant field business administration, marketing, or Science
A strong understanding and experience of downstream marketing tactics
+ 5 years of experience from a similar role, preferable medical device or IVF
Experience in driving a portfolio in an international set-up
Strong analytical skills
Business acumen and commercial mindset
Influential communication skills
Good networking and collaborative behaviour
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
