Align technical product plans with the overall portfolio and product vision in partnership with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers.
Stay informed on new technologies, industry direction, and market trends to inform product evolution.
Define and maintain a multi-year roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and aligning them with product launch plans.
Collaborate with technical teams to define architecture, user experience, and innovative features.
Lead business architecture design including user and data workflows for assigned components.
Work cross-functionally to validate concepts, define MVPs, and specify requirements.
Balance technical maintenance, architectural integrity, and feature delivery.
Support retrospectives and process improvements.
Transfer knowledge to Product Owners and support internal enablement through documentation.
Serve as subject matter expert to enable internal stakeholders and commercial teams.
Lead release activities and support commercial launch readiness.
May manage individual contributors.
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or medicine required; Master’s in Business Administration preferred. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the healthcare or life sciences industry. The role requires:
Experience in full product lifecycle within clinical trials or healthcare.
Technical acumen with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Collaboration with UX/UI teams on workflow design.
Domain-specific experience (based on assigned product line):
eCOA: Clinical data capture technology experience
Cardiac Safety/Respiratory: Medical device experience related to vital signs monitoring
Medical Imaging: Imaging and data transfer experience
Platforms: APIs, data technologies, data privacy, and management principles
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA 510(k), CE marking, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, MDR)
Experience with Quality Management Systems and medical device lifecycle
Understanding of GMP, GCP, and medical device security standards
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence across all levels
Strong decision-making in agile environments
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Effective stakeholder management
Strategic prioritization and focus alignment
Fluency in English required. Ability to travel up to 25%. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom.
