Summary

Experienced Senior stakeholder management. Responsible for managing assigned medium complexity projects, interfacing with stakeholders, supplier project and support function, team members.

Autonomy - Works under general & Specific direction and has work reviewed at agreed milestones. Uses discretion in identifying and responding to complex issues. Determines when issues should be escalated to a higher level. Plans and monitors own work (and that of others where applicable).

Influence - Interacts with and influences colleagues and stakeholders. May oversee others or make decisions which impact routine work assigned to individuals or stages of projects. Contributes fully to the teams.

Complexity - Performs a range of work, complex and non-routine, in a variety of environments. Applies a methodical approach complex tasks. Contributes to creative thinking or finds new ways to complete tasks.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • To prepare, update and maintain the project plan against agreed milestones / deliverables, highlighting critical paths and defining communication channels / forums / documentation, for the sharing of information and project reporting.



  • To manage the project’s contributing parties, identifying and documenting risks and assumptions while ensuring project status, budget, issues / changes are recognised, reported and communicated, as required, whilst also working with the relevant stakeholders to minimise and mitigate any such issues.
  • To project manage the deployment of specific learning programmes assigned by the Clients, to include active engagement in the management and control of coordination and administrative activities to achieve defined programme related deployment goals.
  • To identify and document Risks and Assumptions and discuss ways to minimize Risks throughout the project.
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of the project through the required and project’s defined network with the provision of all the necessary and required documentation in support of such
  • To be the single point of accountability for all aspects of the project from the kick-of meet, through directing / controlling all activities, to the successful delivery of the project aims
  • To ensure that all policies and the Corporate Values of the Company are actively promoted and implemented at all times.
