As an associate manager in the Commercial Lines organization, you’ll lead a team of analysts in supporting the Commercial Auto initiatives through operations analysis. Collaborating with your team, you’ll enhance and implement a process for measuring quality and efficiency for several areas of the contact center. As a manager, you’ll build on the team’s analytical and modeling skills, using advanced analytics and data to identify areas of opportunity to increase operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll provide recommendations to senior leadership and research and develop new insights to offer improvement to the organization.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Compensation

  • $95,800 - $127,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
