DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business — today and in the future.

What you’ll do:

  • Be an individual contributor on a high performing team with significant executive level visibility.

  • Primarily partner with our GTM teams to help drive top-line efficiencies, headcount management, cost-benefit analysis, pricing, and related activities while having the flexibility to assist with other departments outside of GTM.

  • Own and improve management-level reporting to assist in analyzing results and present forecasts, be a stakeholder in driving business strategy and performance, and assess business risk and health.

  • Build and foster a deep business partnership with functional leaders and their extended teams to drive monthly business reviews, short & long-range financial planning processes, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis.

  • Create, manage, and own short-term to long-range plans, benchmarking, and other relevant models and analyses.

  • Continue to drive improvements to our forecasting and budgeting processes including optimization, reporting, and accuracy.

  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly BOD materials, monthly budget vs actuals, and other ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance in an operational role at a software company.

  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguous requirements by bringing direction, prioritization, timelines, and communication with stakeholders spanning all facets of the company.

  • Experience with Pigment or similar tools is a strong plus.

  • Previous experience working directly with senior business leaders as a partner and trusted advisor by providing actionable insights through persuasive writing, presentations, and communication.

  • Advanced financial and operational modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to analyze large datasets from multiple financial systems.
