Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Management Advisor leads the strategic direction in the analysis, the reporting, maintenance, and growth of products within the Patient Affordability and Access team. This position will be responsible for product positioning, product communications, coordinating with cross-functional partners, collaborating with the supply chain sales enablement team, and working with sales and account management for product growth; in addition to other items that may arise around product maintenance.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate with cross functional partners to support sales and account management and Express Scripts clients
  • Partner with the supply chain sales enablement team to drive product implementation, upsells and renewals
  • Assist with new product execution across all work streams
  • Analyze product data and provide meaningful insights to key stakeholders
  • Track product performance, including but not limited to, financial outcomes, operational setups, and member impact
  • Partner with Sr. Advisors on product tasks associated with launches and enhancements
  • Deliver market message and training to sales, account teams, consultants, and brokers as needed
  • Provide input and direction for marketing communications and collateral  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year undergraduate degree highly desired, MBA a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in product management, sales, or related marketing, strategy, or healthcare services fields.
  • Excellent analytic and strategic thinking skills
  • Emphasis on strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), especially with the ability to work with executives, clients and broad teams; tailoring communication per audience
  • A self-starter with advanced problem solving skills who has the initiative to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate product results
  • Ability to prioritize and balance workload accordingly, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Healthcare or PBM experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
