Position Overview

We are seeking a Core Telecom Implementation Engineer with strong experience in telecom networks, core infrastructure, and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have a “PM DNA”, demonstrating ownership, responsibility, and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision. They will also serve as a key interface between the client and the customer, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee telecom core network projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Implement and maintain core network services, ensuring seamless deployment and integration.
Handle technical requests related to Chain Requests, IW, SSNC, Stale Alarm Patch, NTAS, IMS, CBAM, CBIS Manager, and NCS.
Lead Core Windows Implementation, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
Conduct Handoff to Product Teams, facilitating smooth transitions and knowledge sharing.
Perform horizontal testing to validate system performance.
Deliver technical sessions for the implementation of services and products in the core network.
Work with Nokia Mediation Platform, ensuring optimal configurations and deployment.
Participate in pre-sales and sales activities, providing technical insights to support business objectives.
Maintain effective customer communication, handling complaints, corrective actions, and evolving requirements.
Continuously seek improvements in quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

5 to 10 years of experience in telecom core network implementation and project management.
Strong understanding of Packet Core, VNF concepts, 5G, Cloud migration, AWS integration, IMS/SDL concepts, and architecture.
Experienced leading migration projects from VFN to CNF
Ability to work independently while managing complex telecom projects.
Strong technical and project leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced/Fluent level required).
PMI PMP certification is a plus.
