The Mollak Officer plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the operational and financial processes linked to the Mollak system, which is instrumental in ensuring efficient community management and service delivery. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Mollak framework and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage all accounts related to the Mollak system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Assist property owners and residents with inquiries and issues related to the Mollak services.
Ensure timely processing of service charge invoices, payments, and associated documentation.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare regular reports pertaining to service charge collections, delinquencies, and community expenses.
Engage with relevant stakeholders, including community management teams and contractors, to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct training sessions for staff on the Mollak processes and systems.
Stay updated on regulations and best practices concerning the Mollak framework and community management.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the Mollak system.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures to streamline Mollak operations.

Requirements
