Position: Licensed Independent  Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Location: Kirkland, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation:  $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our growing team in Washington. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, skilled in therapeutic interventions, and committed to making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources and support services.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development.
  • Utilize trauma-informed and culturally competent practices.

Requirements

  • Active LICSW license in the state of Washington.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
  • Strong skills in case management, assessment, and crisis intervention.
  • Experience with EMR systems and thorough clinical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
