Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, with expertise in addressing a range of mental health concerns. You will play a vital role in supporting clients’ emotional well-being, fostering healthier relationships, and promoting lasting positive change.

 Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical assessments.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support when needed.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in individual, couple, and family therapy.
  • Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment modalities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
