What you get to do:

  • Collaborate with the team to identify marketing and email campaigns to drive lead generation and market awareness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare proposals and ensure smooth transitions to the delivery team.
  • Attend networking events to build connections and expand your professional network.
  • Drive deals forward with a focus on qualification and closure.
  • Contribute to market definition and strategy, especially for assigned markets.
  • Utilize data and tools like HubSpot & ZoomInfo to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management, including forecasting and territory plans.
  • Work towards daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics.

  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience selling implementation services for SaaS platforms (for SaaS platforms (like ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, Success Factors, etc.) in HR and IT.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Ability to position implementation services in IT environments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proactive and motivated.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in complex, globally distributed, and diverse environments.

  • Travel:
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to customer or partner locations as needed.
