Overview

The Associate, Marketing Technology will manage, organize and optimize all Marketing assets to ensure they are accurate and easily accessible. This role maintains an up-to-date library and taxonomy of all marketing content across multiple platforms as well as evaluate content usage and apply framework to remove unused or expiring content.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee the integration and usage of digital assets across various platforms and touchpoints to enhance user experience.
  • Project manage the lifecycle of new and renewed digital assets in relation to acquisition, metadata management, archiving and or deletion.
  • Record, organize and store content, ensuring it is cataloged correctly and easily accessible to team members across the organization.
  • Create and maintain a well-structured digital repository, ensuring assets are properly categorized, tagged, and easily searchable
  • Ensure version control, making sure that the most current versions of digital assets are available.
  • Works directly with internal and external resources throughout lifecycle of assets
  • Establish and enforce naming convention, metadata and content rights standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy across the asset library.
  • Train and support team members on digital asset management systems and best practices for asset usage and organization.
  • Deep understanding of asset organization and metadata, usage rights and governance, brand guidelines and the ability to ensure adherence across all digital assets.
  • Knowledge of copyright laws and intellectual property rights related to digital content
  • Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in asset management and brand compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve brand and asset management goals.

  • Qualifications/Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Digital Media, Library Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in creative development, digital asset management, media management or a related administration role.
  • Proficient with marketing platforms like Adobe AEM, Accent, Eloqua, Brightcove, Sitecore and Workfront.
  • Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $62,000 to $80,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.

    This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
