Responsibilities π€
1. Account Management & Client Success (70%)
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their engagement, retention, and satisfaction with Mixilo.
Understand client needs and business objectives, guiding them on how to leverage Mixilo for their paid media strategies best.
Analyze campaign performance data and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROAS and efficiency.
Develop client success plans, track progress, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead onboarding and training sessions, ensuring clients fully understand and utilize Mixiloβs capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive renewals and upsells.
2. Product & Technical Support (30%)
Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback, pain points, and feature requests.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving tracking, attribution, or integration issues in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
Stay updated on Mixiloβs latest features and industry trends to continuously add value to clients.
Required Skills π»
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consulting (preferably in MarTech or AdTech).
Very good knowledge of paid media optimization and performance analytics.
Experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
