Job Description

We’re seeking a versatile and creative Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced online language learning company. In this role, you’ll work directly with the CEO to implement and optimize various digital marketing initiatives, playing a crucial part in driving our growth strategy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to wear multiple hats and make a significant impact on our marketing efforts across email automation, funnel management, CRM operations, content creation, and social media strategy. Responsibilities

• Craft and manage engaging email automation campaigns, including copywriting and performance analysis
  
• Optimize marketing funnels by updating triggers, timers, and webpage content to enhance user experience and conversion rates
  
• Assist in CRM management using Go High Level, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the migration of automations from ActiveCampaign
  
• Develop and curate compelling social media content across multiple platforms to boost engagement and brand awareness
  
• Create SEO-optimized blog posts and articles that resonate with our diverse, language-learning audience
  
• Collaborate on various marketing initiatives, adapting to the evolving needs of our growing business
  
• Support the analysis of marketing metrics to inform strategy and improve campaign performance
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and funnel optimization
  
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level (experience with ActiveCampaign is a plus)
  
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization
  
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation across various platforms
  
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently
  
• Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Passion for language learning and cultural exchange
  
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and strategies in a fast-paced startup environment
