About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Assistant to support our online store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Shopify expertise, basic SEO knowledge, and experience in email marketing platforms like Omnisend. This role will focus on optimizing our eCommerce site, managing digital engagement initiatives, and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Management – Assist in managing and optimizing the Shopify store, including product uploads, pricing updates, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Site Optimization – Identify and implement improvements to enhance site performance, navigation, and conversion rates.
Email Marketing (EDMs & Omnisend) – Create, schedule, and analyze email campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
Basic SEO Implementation – Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
Review Program Setup & Management – Develop and maintain a structured review collection process to enhance credibility and trust.
Online Community Engagement – Connect with relevant online forums, social media groups, and eCommerce communities to increase brand presence.
Collaboration – Work closely with the team to align marketing strategies and ensure a consistent brand message across all digital channels.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in eCommerce, preferably with Shopify.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Omnisend preferred).
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to engage and build relationships in online communities.
Proactive mindset with a strong ability to multitask.
