The Opportunity:

 

The full-time Commerce Manager will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop Seller Center and other relevant platforms. This role is pivotal in driving our online sales strategy and overseeing all facets of our online store's performance. Collaboration with the Head of Commerce, TikTok Shop, is integral to establish a strong foundation for clients looking to establish and grow their TikTok Shop businesses. Furthermore, the Commerce Manager will actively engage with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer experience, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

 

The Commerce Manager will be expected to manage various aspects of TikTok Seller Center, including, but not limited to, product listings, merchandising setup, platform integrations, inventory and fulfillment, logistic tracking, and customer support. Effective cross-functional communication is a critical component of this role, ensuring that diverse teams across multiple organizations are well-informed and equipped to execute their respective tasks.

 

Outstanding candidates for this role will exhibit qualities such as self-motivation, rapid learning, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

        Handle day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop Seller Center across multiple accounts

        Ensure that all product listings are live, and orders are successfully synced and fulfilled.

        Optimize operational efficiency and drive sales revenue.

        Provide immediate troubleshooting support on the ecommerce platform.

        Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid work environment.

 

Basic Qualifications

        1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, etc.

        Good understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and social media platforms

        Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for learning new things.

        High sense of responsibility

The pay range for this role is between $68,000 - $80,000. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
