The B4B Coordinator's responsibilities are:

-Follows all processes for handling VIP Exit Inspections in all cities
-Follows all processes for handling VIP Check in tickets in all cities
-Follows all processes for handling VIP Check out tickets in all cities
-Monitors "my active ticket" view daily for work loads and actively works on their own tickets, and covers for team members if there is an absence
-Can adapt to changing processes after coaching and training sessions - Asks more questions if processes are unclear
-Review all 12 Cities specific processes
-Hands-on coordination via slack with different LOB Prioritizing coordination with B4B Logistics, following with Corporate sales, Real Estate, Specific City Operations Manager
-Prioritization for VIP Bulkdeals including attending and executing specific requests from VIP -Clients that sometimes goes outside of the regular processes
-Turn Key Booking Coordination (Middle-stay) ensuring registration is completed depending on building processes
-Follows all processes for handling Exit Inspections with upcoming VIP tenants in all cities

Requirements

●  College graduate from any reputable school
● Has atleast 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in campaigns related to hospitality
● Must have good English written communication skills
● Can work in a fast-paced environment
● Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive
● Can work independently with minimal supervision
