About the Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our People Analytics IT team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data pipelines from HR systems like Workday and Anaplan, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility. You will work closely with the People Analytics team. Provide them with the data they need to make informed decisions, drive insights, and support the overall HR strategy.
What we’re looking for:
Must hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
Have no less than +6 yrs of as a Data Engineer, in HR data or People Analytics related roles.
Be at expert level in SQL and Python, with experience in data modeling, data wrangling, data warehousing, and database design principles this is essential.
Have working experience with Airflow including, experience deploying ML solutions.
Have experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker or equivalent.
