This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital health, clinical technology, and clinical research. You will be responsible for leading our business development efforts in the North American region, generating and qualifying leads, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts to identify and secure new clients in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large pharma companies.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the Life Sciences or Technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trials, quality management, regulatory affairs, and SaaS technology.
  • Strong network in large pharma across the USA and Europe is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
