Join Our Team at Endurable Building Products - Account Manager

UFP Site Built (dba Endurable Building Products) is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team. If you're excited by innovative building materials and want to help, bring creative, custom solutions to life for our clients, this role is for you!

At Endurable, we don’t just sell products—we provide customized solutions that transform spaces. From our AlumiLAST® frames to a variety of aluminum decking and specialty railings, we’ve spent years perfecting products that elevate every project. We listen to our clients’ needs and craft unique additions like pergolas, sunshades, and more. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative products and the clients who rely on them, ensuring we continue to lead the market in both quality and service.

Travel required: 1 week / month

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients while expanding your customer base across your territory.
  • Drive Sales: Actively promote and sell our high-performance building materials to architects, contractors, and engineers.
  • Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand your client’s unique needs and provide tailored product recommendations and creative solutions.
  • Present with Purpose: Deliver engaging presentations to industry professionals, showcasing how our products can elevate their projects.
  • Troubleshoot and Solve Problems: Be the expert who can quickly address and resolve customer concerns, providing excellent service every time.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with CAD, Project Management, and Operations to seamlessly convert sales into completed orders.
  • Keep Us Ahead: Track market trends in your region, provide insights on emerging opportunities, and submit detailed reports to keep the team in the loop.
  • Manage Accounts: Take charge of accounts receivable, ensure payment collection, and qualify creditworthiness for your clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience/Education: 5+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably with multifamily construction experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software to manage relationships and sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing or multifamily construction is a plus.
  • Drive for Results: A customer-first mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to drive sales and provide value.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent at presenting, negotiating, and articulating product benefits to clients.
  • Travel Ready: You have a valid driver’s license and are ready to travel frequently within your territory.
