We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Administer and develop ServiceNow platform functionalities.
• Implement ITSM solutions using industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Inbound Emails.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades and establish development best practices.
• Create and manage Service Portals and widgets.
• Develop REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage authentication processes, including OAuth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server.
• Implement ServiceNow projects in domain-separated instances.
• Handle custom code administration and custom application development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and integration.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow upgrades and projects.
• Experience in Service Portal development and widget creation.
• Familiarity with custom applications development and MID Server management.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
