You are ready if you have:

bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field
working experience in Logistics, ideally as Freight Procurement Buyer or Tender Manager (5+ years)
experience in Tender Management or transport purchasing is preferable
solid understanding of RFP processes and strong analytical skills
Customer Service experience
excellent English and French, another language like Spanish or German would be an advantage
strong MS Excel skills
goal-oriented work style and excellent organizational skills
ability to work autonomously

We are ready, and within our team, you will:

directly support our customers in using our logistics Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
analyze historical shipment/rate/contract data of our customers and provide consultancy based on the data within our applications
work with leading companies to set up their transport RFPs/RFIs
analyze customer bidding events on the platform and create scenarios using the analysis tools available on the platform
work within an international team of employees supporting global customers
provide consultancy to large industry customers regarding the implementation of logistics tenders
conduct training (web-based, on-site, or in-house) for our customers
support other departments with project and customer information (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Accounting, IT)
