As EMEA Product Strategy and Channel Marketing Team, our vision is to become driver of growth and center of strategy and executional excellence for our region, while growing our team members as subject matter experts in their areas.

Where you come in:

  • You will develop and guide implementation of short and long-term strategic product development plans, including support of annual brand plan development, with a focus on creating a clear value proposition to win in diverse markets, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
  • You will act as a brand custodian to ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels, while guiding country teams to deliver outstanding commercial product campaign and customer engagement strategies across target audience groups (including HCP’s, consumers and payors).
  • Collaborating with Market Insights and CX teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition you will inform product decisions and enhance the value proposition for specific markets.
  • You will work closely with global product teams to align regional market needs and provide valuable insights for future planning and development.
  • You will lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and market entries, ensuring they align with the established value proposition.
  • You will provide guidance and support for product lifecycle management, from launch through growth, maturity, and end-of-life strategies.
  • Informing evidence generation needs to support product differentiation and promotional claims.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless understanding of the product strategy and its integration into product plans and messaging, connecting the strategy to implementable campaigns.
  • You will review product performance analyses and market insights to make data-driven decisions and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • You will bring industry trends and advancements to support continuous improvement and innovation within the product portfolio.
