Job Summary - Lifecycle Marketing Strategist

The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will primarily manage, analyze, and update AutoMiner campaigns to drive revenue for our Automotive clients around the US and Canada. You will get to partner with both client-facing Account Managers and our clients to ensure strategic initiatives are met while providing insights into improvements that can be made with their campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with and QC client campaign set-up in the AutoMiner platform
  • Audit external connections 
  • Monitor AutoMiner campaign delivery; manually send campaigns when automation fails
  • Pull marketing lists as requested by the client
  • Make supplemental campaign recommendations for assigned clients
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide impactful optimization insights and strategies with client facing teams to share with clients
  • Deliver month-end reports to AEs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on client calls, assisting with product adoption and advocacy and upsells

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • 2 years minimum experience in Lifecycle Marketing (CDP) ;  AutoMiner experience preferred

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must. You will be tasked with using analytics tools and internal data to present performance findings to internal teams
  • You must be detail-oriented with the ability 
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while diligently prioritizing in the best interest of our clients
