What You Will Do
• The manufacturing quality secures operations quality and ensures the deliver to our targets on initial quality, as well as for new product introduction or implementation of changes.
• Ensure that Harman has properly considered the Customer requirements within the production lines.
• Uses knowledge of the customer’s product and processes to drive customer satisfaction.
• Drives product focused quality in release reviews (PSO), supports project gate reviews and teams with risk assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participates in quality reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Reviews and approved all change requests entering production.
• Support product/process change implementation.
• Support customer or project production trial runs as required.
• Monitors manufacturing processes to achieve production KPIs and goals.
• Support with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
• QA, KPI reports.
• Maintenance of production Control Plans.

• BS Technical Engineering Degree.
• 3 years of prior experience as Q.A. Engineer
• Customer specific requirements as applicable
• English 70%.
