Job Summary:

Fullsteam is looking for a Senior Senior Software Developer in Test (SDET) to lead test automation efforts across our fintech software and payments platforms. You'll design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, C#, and NUnit, ensuring quality across web-based and React applications. This role involves integrating with LambdaTest’s HyperExecute, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in building robust automation frameworks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Automation Test Framework using Playwright,  C# and NUnit
  • Develop, maintain and execute automated tests for web-based and REACT applications using Playwright, Selenium, C# and Nunit
  • Integrate test automation solution with Lambda Test’s HyperExecute platform
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop test plans and test cases in Zephyr Scale and have them update results from the automated test runs.
  • Ensure implementation of coding best practices
  • Run and debug test automation failures
  • Ability to wrtie and understand basic to moderate SQL Scripts
  • Ability to commit to work and deliver in a 2 week sprint
  • Actively participate in all agile ceremonies
  • Ability to write detailed bug reports
  • Collaborate with team members and cross functional teams to understand and refine product requirements.
  • Experience with SOAPUI/ReadyAPI is a plus
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency developing automated tests using Playwright, C# and NUnit
  • Proficiency developing automated tests using Selenium, C# and NUnit
  • Proficiency architecting an automation framework
  • Proficiency writing and understand moderate SQL
  • Must be able to work collaboratively, but is self-motivated for excellence in deliverables
  • Ability to learn quickly under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of API testing using SOAPUI/ReadyAPI
  • Knowledge of creating and maintaining Jenkins pipelines
  • Payment Processing industry experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Sr. SDET (Software Developer in Test)
  • Superior verbal and written communication
  • Version Control Proficiency (GIT/VSTS) and GitHub
  • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, and Zephyr Scale
  • Experience working in an agile environment with 2 weeks sprints
