Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for:

1. Support our sales advisors and team in capturing and following up on leads.

2. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering accurate information.

3. Develop long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.

4. Learn about the immigration process and the services we offer.

Are you the ideal candidate?

1. You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in supervising sales, customer service, sale of services, sales by chat or call center sales.

2. You are a proactive, organized person with excellent communication skills.

3. Are you kind and empathetic?

4. Bilingual (Spanish-English)

5. You are able to work independently and as part of a team.

6. You have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
