The Senior User Experience Designer collaborates closely with business leads, IT professionals, and field employees to drive the creation of innovative digital products and seamless user experiences. Requirements
5 years of IT and/or Business experience.
3 years of designing usable interfaces for the web utilizing various methods (e.g., wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile applications.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and UX research. A clear indication of specific roles and contributions for each project in the portfolio.
Understanding of standard interface expectations and fundamental user behaviors.
Hands-on experience collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements.
Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and methodology.
Proficiency in collaborative design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
