Red Nucleus is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our global team! This role can be based out of our US offices or can be full-time remote in the US, but candidates must be able to work EST hours.

How You Will Contribute

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of all assigned projects. Ensures all essential project paperwork is successfully completed within the designated timeframes. Works with the scientific team to ensure full compliance with all processes. Under guidance from account managers/director, works to ensure all timelines, tasks, and operational needs are captured in weekly resourcing reports. Data management of files, timelines, and other materials.


Responsibilities include: 

  • Management of all designated projects
    • Creates, maintains, and progresses all tasks in project management system under the direction of the client services lead for each account
    • Ensures this information remains current throughout the lifetime of the project
    • Develops and maintains project timeline for approval by strategic and scientific leads
    • If required, inputs, and manages information within publication database (Pubstrat, Datavision, etc.)
    • Works with client services lead to ensure that all project processes are adhered to
  • Account responsibilities:
    • Assists account manager/director with scheduling internal and client status meetings
    • Assists with maintaining status reports for approval by account manager/director
    • Produces contact reports from all client meetings attended so that minimal changes are required by scientific team and strategic lead
    • If requested, has direct contact with the client regarding project updates
    • Attends and provides input into the account planning process
  • Assisting scientific team:
    • Develop KOL profiles for potential authors and/or meeting attendees
    • Ensures all project-related expenses (such as journal purchases and permissions) are allocated to the project

    • Ability to manage and execute a variety of projects simultaneously
