Job Overview
Location: US Remote
Condé Nast is seeking a Manager of Programmatic Operations who will collaborate and partner with the Digital, Sales and PMY (Pricing, Monetization and Yield) teams to drive and grow programmatic revenue on all platforms across Condé Nast’s US properties. Sitting within the Commercial Revenue Organization, this role is fundamental in shaping Condé Nast’s programmatic business, managing day to day communications with our external network partners and shepherding internal projects to improve programmatic monetization and yield.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 10+ programmatic business partnerships and lead weekly partner meetings. Maintain close relationships with partners and provide them with areas of success and improvement based on performance.
Act as the cross functional liaison between internal teams and external partners, bringing internal teams opportunities for partner growth and optimization.
Schedule and attend in person partner meetings, QBRs, and activities to help foster close relationships.
Maintain and deliver monthly scorecards and analytics for each of our partners, reviewing with internal stakeholders and taking action items to partner reps
Partner with analytics team to create programmatic deals prospecting and sales leads, programmatic rate card, and end of month billing and reconciliation reports.
Meet with new potential partners and vendors to determine value to Conde Nast’s programmatic business.
Manage ad hoc tasks and projects, including reporting, partnership updates, QA and troubleshooting, etc as needed for programmatic operations team.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in digital account management, preferably in the programmatic ecosystem
Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem, technologies, and platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges).
Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with major programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk) is highly desirable.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $90,000-$130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
