Job Summary: As a Sales Development Rep, you will be responsible for driving increased opportunities for revenue generation. Your targeted prospecting and appointment setting in support of our Account Executives will lead to pipeline development and closed-won revenue.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Opportunity Identification: Pioneer and qualify new business opportunities
  • Prospect Engagement: Execute high volume outreach, including tailored emails, to engage and support prospects
  • Sales Optimization: Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and Reachdesk to enhance nurture sequences leading in increased appointments set.
  • Data Driven Strategies: Leverage data to champion prospect engagement and drive sustained pipeline development
  • Performance: Meet and/or exceed monthly KPIs


Core Competencies:

  • Strong communication and writing skills with an impeccable attention to detail while being strategic and creative in your outreach to prospects and customers.
  • Ability to multi-task as you support your team of Account Executives to secure appointments, develop pipeline, and ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Approach the role with a team and collaborative mindset to provide high levels of service.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in business development, prospecting, appointment setting, etc. with a track record of quality meeting conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hubspot
  • Strong communication and prospect engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to develop new prospect relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales or other related field.


We are excited to share the OTE for this position is $90,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This OTE is made up of a target base salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 and commission target of $25,000 - $30,000. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
