Responsibilities
Manage client compliance activities, including sending monthly disclosures, creating wrap documents, and coordinating with vendors for Form 5500 completion.
Set up and train clients on AleraHR and Compliance Dashboards, and ensure they meet reporting requirements (e.g., RxDC, Gag Clause, PCORI fees).
Confirm client adherence to various regulations, such as ACA Reporting, non-discrimination testing, NQTL Analysis, and state-specific requirements (e.g., MA 1099 HC, Illinois SB 1905).
Work with carriers to ensure compliance with contracts, confirm creditable RX plans with CMS, and assist with filing and disclosures.
Track compliance activities using Alera Dashboard or Planner document and follow up on open compliance issues.
Provide employee training on compliance policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Stay updated on industry changes, trends, and best practices, and consult with corporate attorneys on complex legal compliance issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance license required (if not already licensed, employee will be required to become licensed within 90 days of employment).
3-4 years of related industry experience.
Computer Skills - Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
