We operate in 30+ of the nation's most investable markets and with over 15k homes under management, Evernest is recognized as one of the largest single-family and small multi-family brokers and property management companies in the country.

We’re on a mission to build something great. Our goal is to manage 25,000 homes by 2024 and 250k homes by 2030. It’s an exciting journey but we can’t do it alone. Evernest is looking for driven individuals who share our vision and are committed to our goals, core values and want to build a better future for our clients and the communities we serve.

Position Overview

At Evernest, we don’t just manage properties—we’re building a scalable, high-performing operation that delivers best-in-class service to our clients. As we expand toward our goal of managing 250,000 homes by 2029, we need a team that is efficient, proactive, and committed to excellence.

The International Assistant Property Manager (IAPM) plays a critical role in supporting property managers, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and are highly organized, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Property Managers & Market Leaders
  • Work at the market level, assisting one or more property managers with daily operational tasks.
  • Attend and actively participate in all PM and Market Leader meetings, ensuring alignment with team goals and priorities.
  • Execute administrative and operational tasks to free up property managers, allowing them to focus on high-impact activities.
  • Own & Assist in Key Workflows
  • Take ownership of specific workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide ad hoc support where needed, helping PMs stay ahead of issues before they become problems.
  • Use Evernest’s operational playbook to maintain efficiency and consistency across markets.
  • Drive Communication & Execution Excellence
  • Process emails efficiently, ensuring quick response times and resolution of tenant and owner inquiries.
  • Utilize OPEn, Asana, and Nextiva to manage work orders, renovations, and key reports.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly Success Checklists, ensuring high standards of execution.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized—you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Detail-oriented—you catch mistakes before they happen and hold yourself to high-quality standards.
  • Strong communicator—you can clearly articulate updates, issues, and solutions to the team.
  • Proactive problem solver—you don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Tech-savvy—familiarity with tools like Asana, OPEn, and Nextiva (or a willingness to learn).
