About the Role

We’re looking for an HR Systems Manager who thrives on solving challenges, optimizing processes, and driving business efficiency. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, working closely with our internal HR team and other stakeholders to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and implement impactful solutions—whether through system enhancements, process redesigns, data reporting, or automation.


You’ll also ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes, providing clear communication, training, and ongoing support to drive engagement across the organization. If you’re analytical, proactive, and passionate about bridging gaps between people, technology, and processes, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Solve Problems – Gather insights from HR and leadership, diagnose inefficiencies, and develop solutions like process automation, system enhancements, or reporting improvements.
  • Drive Implementation & Adoption – Roll out new features and processes, ensuring clear communication, training, and stakeholder buy-in for smooth adoption.
  • Bridge HR & Tech – Translate HR needs into technical requirements, collaborating with the engineering team to implement effective solutions.
  • Enhance HR Reporting – Develop reporting frameworks that improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Software Business Analyst, HR Systems Manager, or similar role focused on process and system improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to business challenges.
  • Experience in process optimization, feature development, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to balance technical and business perspectives, ensuring solutions enhance both efficiency and user experience.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly independent and proactive, able to manage projects without constant supervision.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with HR systems implementation or working in a complex HR environment.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools and data visualization platforms.
