Location and Workplace: Anywhere in the Philippines, Work from Home

Shift Schedule: Night Shift (11 PM-8 AM)

Salary: Up to PHP 40k



The Purchasing Support Coordinator will manage purchasing activities while ensuring all procurement processes align with company policies and best practices. This role focuses on RM and MRO purchase order requests for all factory and administrative business needs. The ideal candidate will utilize clear and proactive communication to foster strong supplier relationships, optimizing costs and delivery efficiency


About the Job


Key Duties:

  • Process purchase order requests for repairs and maintenance, ensuring accurate coding to the appropriate project or machine number.
  • Conduct initial vendor outreach, request payment terms, and establish preliminary supplier relationships.
  • Support purchasing requests by sourcing suppliers and conducting preliminary pricing inquiries to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track open purchase orders, ensure timely receipt of goods/services, and close POs accordingly.
  • Compile and send weekly PO spend reports to the maintenance team, highlighting key expenditures and budget considerations.
  • Ensure purchasing activities align with company policies, industry best practices, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Extract and prepare ERP data to generate weekly and monthly inventory reorder reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including maintenance, finance, and production, to ensure seamless procurement operations.
  • Participate in regular daily and weekly meetings to ensure alignment with the team and address any procurement-related issues in a timely manner.


Skills and Experience


Essential Skills:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
