ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director, Sales, Service, & Marketing Technology to lead our strategy and integration of advanced data-driven solutions into our sales, service, & marketing ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing a comprehensive CRM technology roadmap, enhancing our capabilities across a diverse range of platforms.

The ideal candidate will oversee the team responsible for implementing and improving capabilities across our Salesforce CRM suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud, as well as other marketing technology platforms such as app attribution providers (e.g., Appsflyer) and landing page optimization services. This position will ensure that we fully leverage our digital ecosystem to optimize customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional collaboration and partnership-building skills, enabling effective cross-functional relationships and alignment with key business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology and CRM and Marketing strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Drive the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge CRM and Marketing technologies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Serve on the Global Marketing Leadership Team to ensure alignment with marketing leads on capability needs and opportunities.
  • Serve on the Global Sales Leadership Team to ensure alignment with Sales and Service capability needs and opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for continuous system support and improvements.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages professional growth and excellence.

Salesforce Platform Management

  • Oversee the optimization and integration of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability to support business processes and analytics (e.g., Marketing Qualified Account Reporting).

Advertising Technology

  • Own the holistic CRM and Marketing Technology stack strategy, ensuring teams are enabled to effectively target, optimize, and measure advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless data integration, interoperability, and flow across marketing technologies to support advanced analytics, machine learning models, and predictive insights.

Collaboration and Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, IT, Data, Platform, and other departments to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Product Management

  • Develop a product capability roadmap aligned with company vision and business objectives across the CRM and Marketing Technology landscape.
  • Lead strategic projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Exemplify project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, system optimizations, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the performance and scalability of the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Data Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Implement best practices in data management and governance across all marketing technology and CRM platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM strategy, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
