Job Description

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of modernising government operations, guiding organisations through complex transformational journeys. You'll leverage your expertise to:

  • Lead Organisational Transformation: Design and implement innovative organisational structures and operating models that promote efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.
  • Provide Expert Consultancy: Offer strategic advice and guidance to government leaders on organisational design principles and best practices.
  • Drive Modernisation: Support government entities in adopting modern ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
  • Analysis and Development: Conduct thorough organisational assessments, analyse complex data, and develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each government entity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in organisational design, with a demonstrable history of leading successful transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in large, complex organisations, either in the Consulting or In-House capacity.
  • Strong understanding of modern organisational design principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A passion for public service and a commitment to driving positive change.
