About Our Client

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, identify opportunities, and engage key decision-makers.
  • Represent the company in the market, managing relationships with distributors, customers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities while monitoring industry trends and competition.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to optimise performance while ensuring compliance with company law, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain reporting standards, streamline operations, and ensure smooth organisational workflows.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent to support business objectives.
  • Foster strong internal communication and collaboration across teams, distributors, and customers to drive business success.
  • Monitor and guide distributor sales activities to achieve company targets and strengthen market presence.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Science, Business Administration, or Management is required.
  • Relevant industry experience in the medical or pharmaceutical sectors is required, with a proven track record in management and disciplinary roles. Strong connections with local hospitals and government authorities are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels in an international environment.
  • Proven leadership and influencing abilities.
