Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and coordinate hiring decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, analyze metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize recruitment outcomes.
