Salary Range:

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in driving lead generation, managing sales campaigns, and setting appointments. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a marketing mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with G-Suite.
  • Sales & marketing mindset with a proactive approach.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with AI-driven bid optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with LeadSimple & AppFolio.
  • 1+ year of experience in property management, real estate, business development, or sales.
