Manage problem tickets, change requests, and system integrations. Analyze issues and recommend solutions. Ensure thorough documentation and perform unit testing. 
Mentor junior staff and provide high-level production support. Deliver quality code for testing and validation, adhering to IT and Corporate policies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To work on the IT tickets raised by business related to the applications.
  • Understanding the business functionality of the applications that are being supported.
  • Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools.
  • Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.
  •  Collaborate with other IT Team members.
  •  Document technical issues and solutions.
  •  Provide on-call support as needed.
  •  Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.

Requirements 

  •  Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support.
  • Experience in SQL queries.
