The District Sales Manager is responsible for building and developing an established dealership network that expands growth of the Ventrac product line. This position will support strategic goals of the company and will build and maintain strong relationships with their Ventrac dealerships/customers. This job involves a business advisor relationship-based approach that allows us to create a positive and informative experience by exceeding expectations and demonstrating outstanding product knowledge, along with a world class customer service experience with every interaction for each dealership.

Competitive Salary – A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $90,000 - $113,000. Salary will be determined by experience and qualifications. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
